yet we still were winning with 1:17 left in the game...thats how good we are...that's impressive
clock management ..Texas doesnt get it..its not a thought
4:49 left in a tied game. we get the ball on our 13 yard line
we get 1st down on our 25 yard line and hike the ball with 28 seconds left on the play clock
we get another first down on our 41 yard line next play and hike ball with 28 seconds on play clock
2nd down and 14 hike ball with 27 seconds left on play clock
1st down on OU 49 yard line 3:17 left in the game hike ball with 22 seconds
2nd down on OU 46 hike ball with 24 seconds on play clock
1st down injury time out 2:35 left in game
2nd down and 13 on OU 37 hike ball with 12 seconds on play clock only because of substitution delay by OU time out OU
3rd down 9 on OU 35 TO OU
4th and 4 kick FG with 1:22 left
maybe its better to run these quick plays to keep OU disorganized but it just seems there no inclination to manage the clock
but you couldnt manage draining another 5 seconds per play and leave them nothing?
its not new for this staff they dont seem to even contemplate the concept here

how many punts are our guys going to allow to hit the ground and roll out an add'l 15 yards
then unbelievably fair catch a ball on our 5 yard line
why wont we just fair catch a kick off and take the ball on the 25 ?
