Need some plumbing/frozen pipe advice

My sister-in-law is getting married on Saturday, so I have to leave town tomorrow before everything thaws. Both of my outdoor spigots are frozen and possibly damaged. What is my best course of action?

This my current plan:

1. Turn the water off at the meter before I leave
2. Kill the pilot light on my hot water heater
3. Run the indoor faucets until they go dry
4. Leave the spigots on the frozen faucets open

Temperatures are supposed to be below freezing tomorrow night. Will that present any potential problems with the plan above?
