OB at it's best.

Posted about a veteran in need and the OB community, as it has done over the years, rose up and made a major difference in the life of a fellow member. In fact we blew threw our target number.

THANK YOU

Not the 1st time, likely will not be the last. But always warms the cockles of my heart.

Why I love our dysfunctional, often bickering, always with our Horns held high, community.

Not to mention the people I've gotten to know from here over the years, now decades for many of us.

My boy @andrewsrp needs our help.

On top of getting laid off earlier this year, his wife decided to hit him for child support (he's been paying but more directly) which has wiped out his severance and unemployment checks. Navy vet, long-time OB.

This is a guy who regularly donated when requests for help went out, donated to school book/backpack drives, etc.

We have helped him with interviews (2 this week) and MVPN assistance via TVC but he waited a bit too long to ask for assistance and now bills are coming due.

He asked me to post this, he doesn't want to ask for help but he needs it.

Good news, we only need about $3000 to get him interviewed and employed.
