This is quite a hiring IMO. Joffe was killing it at Texas A&M and our women's program is a dumpster fire.

People hate on Patterson, but Hyman might be the worst AD I've ever seen. There's no reason we should have been able to poach a coach like that even with how crappy College Station is.
