Aside from hiring a great staff there are 2 things that our administration needs to allow Sark to do:
1. Have the financial budget to replicate and/or exceed Alabama's analyst and shadow staff. Sark has seen the inside of the machine and Texas needs to build out the same organization.
2. Oversigning. Nick Saban oversigns and uses medical redshirts and aggressively encourges transfers to stay within the total scholarship limit. Big boy football scholarships aren't a 3-4 year committment between the school and student-athlete. They are a series of 1 year contracts. Our administration needs to be comfortable doing this.
If we replicate these two things, we have shot at finally winning this damn conference.
