I'll have more later in the weekend, but a couple quick-hitter updates from the Stars at Night camp ...
--- Three new offers went out today. One to 2019 LB Marcus Tillman. One to 2019 DL Rodas Johnson, the other to 2020 RB Ty Jordan.
--- Javonne Shepherd did make it in. He snuck by so none of the media got to talk to him, but he was wearing a UT hat and a few different players - guys like Roschon Johnson, De'Gabriel Floyd and Peter Mpagi - told us they're all recruiting him hard.
---- Roschon Johnson worked out and said things went well. He's been working this summer on his mechanics and said his arm strength has improved.
--- Texas commitment Peter Mpagi only took part in a couple reps, but won them both. He also won the fastest man competition for the DL.
--- Not much new from LB commitment De'Gabriel Floyd from what we reported in the War Room, but he said he really enjoyed himself tonight, especially hanging with the other recruits and current team members.
--- There were quite a few former players on hand at the camp ... guys like Emmanuel Acho, Jamaal Charles, Aaron Ross, Tank Jackson and Ced Reed.
--- Plano East safety Tyler Owens won the fastest man competition.
--- 2020 DB offer Jaylon Jones won the slam dunk competition.
--- Several current team members were out there today. I saw guys like Breckyn Hager, Max Cummins, Brandon Jones and Josh Thompson. Jones and Thompson walked by as they were leaving and those dudes have definitely put in some work in the weight room this off-season.
