A couple days ago there was some excitement when both Kobe Boyce and Reggie Hemphill tweeted that Texas had picked up another commitment.
They were referring to K'Lavon Chaisson, who had informed people he was coming to Texas.
But this one just never felt great and it always felt like there was a chance Chaisson was either (a) telling both sides the same thing, which is what I believe happened or (b) completely trolling everyone at Texas.
Chaisson told Dustin McComas following his ceremony just now that Texas actually led at one point and he didn't officially decide until last night.
I actually got the call this morning at 7:32 a.m. letting me know his paperwork had been received by LSU.
