Only aggy would make a commemorative cup for beating a team. You can't make this stuff up.

When you have no identity and no national respect as a program, you are desperate for any kind of validity. This is why a&m does stuff like this and puts up fake championships outside of pyle stadium. It screams, "please pay attention to us!"
aggy thinks that by them joining the $EC, that it gives them validity/importance, when they are just an also-ran and an afterthought in the conference, just like they were in the Big 12. The $EC is using a&m, yet they can't see that.
Aggy concession sales can't afford it. They've already invested $$ in "saw horns off" t shirts for the upcoming UT - m&a basketball game.
Not looking forward to this one. Hope it is reasonably close.

No, I don't recall ever seeing a "We're baaack!" cup. I'm sure I've seen shirts, probably worn by current Longhorns (players). Does anyone on this board own one? The only thing I own with a score is a shirt with 41-38, the 2006 Rose Bowl score.

The last conf championship T-shirt aggsy has (1998 ya'll) is looking a little ragged these days....aggsy recruits weren't born for that one but are shown that great moment in aggot history on VHS tape.
They probably all own national championship shirts with 26-23 (Bama vs. UGA), with SEC and Aggie logos.

Sure Texas is a blue blood school, but if you get 2 seasons to perform miracle work or else, do you sit on your current good gig? I guess everyone has a price, but not sure at what cost.
