USAF Official Says He ‘Misspoke’ About AI Drone Killing Human Operator in Simulated Test
The Air Force's Chief of AI Test and Operations initially said an AI drone "killed the operator because that person was keeping it from accomplishing its objective."

The USAF is working on an AI drone that's next level and can be tasked to kill people after it finds them. Think "Terminator with Wings".
So this drone is given a command to kill and then just before it's time to Ace the target, the "operator" says to belay the order-- the drone, hell bent on completing the mission, then goes back and kills its operator, then tries to finish the mission.
So they tell the drone-- " hey drone, you can't kill your Master, it'll cost you points against you..."
So what does the drone do? It tries to blow up the freaking tower where the signal is being sent from.
Yo man-- I seen this movie. It don't end well for us....
