Baylor suspended 14 baseball players for 2 games each for a hazing incident. No details have come out except that alcohol and drugs were not involved.

What did they do? It must be short of a sexual assault, or else there would be criminal charges. But evidently more than hot balm in the jock strap, as we've learned on this board that there was no punishment for those shenanigans (at least in the '90's). No chugging or shots, since no alcohol. Any ideas?
