I generally do not bother with them, but this year I have found one that I will be motivated to maintain, and it will not take that much effort on my part, a good combination when it come to these things.
My New Year's resolution is to hear nary a word uttered by TIC. I will read about all the sh!t that he does and says, but care not one iota to hear it from the jack-ass' mouth directly. An offshoot of the resolution is to limit visually seeing his face as well.
