As a lover of live music I am truly missing it but right now that can't happen. Maybe if people start thinking more creatively then something could be worked out sometime down the road. For example in larger venues why don't you limit attendance to at least 50% and make two separate areas for eating and drinking and then another area for listening to music where eating and drinking is not allowed. That way you can sell beer and food with social distancing and then not allow people into the listening area unless they have on a mask and keep it on. That way at least you can mitigate the danger of spread somewhat in a packed environment.
