My family is under contract on a property just outside Boerne that has two pools on it. One of the pools is unique because it consists of a lazy river and the system/pumps are pretty advanced.
We’ve been having trouble finding a company that is willing to do the weekly maintenance because of how advanced and complex the systems are. We wouldn’t want to close on it if we cannot guarantee we have a reliable company to service the pools at a relatively reasonable price.
This is planned to be an investment property with short term rentals (Airbnb etc.). Any help is greatly appreciated, and any help that leads to a maintenance contract can be rewarded with a free night or two on the property once we are up and running.
