Approved, with the condition that we cannot split the conference into divisions with less than 12 teams. Basically the B1G didn't want us to be able to substitute a non con game for a conference game the way the larger conferences have, and it ensures that our CC game will be a rematch of the two best teams in the conference, which leaves a higher probability of knocking us out of the playoffs.
