In what seems to be a sign of a warming relationship between the two top economies in the world, China has officially welcomed rice imports from American farmers. While it’s still unclear how much rice China will allow through their customs, this is a good start for the America rice farmers including those here in California. Recently, China made a significant purchase of American soybeans and agreed to not impose tariffs on cars or corn. This news of rice imports adds more relief as the counties attempt to mitigate the ongoing trade war.

And soybeans, too. That can't be. Trump is wrecking the world economy isn't he?
