He doesn't speak publicly very often but when he does he makes markets. A few of his points:

He is bullish on stocks as he predicts a Democratic US House, a Republican Senate and 'Who Cares' for President. The key is divided government.
The Fed rate cut was good and language about the future signaled more cuts.
China has economic problems and signaled a VERY strong stimulus for its beleaguered stock market.
Made a big bet on china stocks and thinks there are big headwinds
Sold most of his stake in Nvidia
Bullish on energy for future AI, especially NatGas;
Thinks China currency and Japanese yen can strengthen
Dodged all questions about specific positions and allocations.
No questions about the Panthers or NFL
Asked to be on CNBC.

This was FAR more significant than bloviating Mark Cuban right after Tepper.
