We need to chill from the disappointment of the Georgia game and the next game is still 11 days away. Hey it's Christmas the one time we don't mind singing.

Favorite album light of the stable by Emmylou Harris. The first time I heard light of the stable it became my favorite Christmas carol. Emmylou Harris has the voice of an angel and this album is 4* all the way. Also a mention for Kathy Mattea's album of Christmas carols. Mary did you know is a particular favorite.

Favorite songs the holy city by Stanford Olsen with the Mormon tabernacle choir

Children go where I send thee with Johnny Cash. Little Big Town has a good version as well.

Happy Xmas by John Lennon

Do they know it's Christmas by band aid

More favorites on the way

Silver Bells, gotta be either Dean Martin or Doris Day
Merry Christmas from the Family, Montgomery Gentry...mostly because that is exactly what Christmases were like growing up. Except we were all the Mexicans wondering about the gueras that our cousins would bring to the party....

Warm December, Julie London
Christmas Blues, Jo Stafford.....

I could go on and on. Love this time of year. Christmas lights have been up since just before Halloween. Tree went up November 1st.

Go find Robert Earl Keen's version. Thank me later.

Already know it. It's blasphemy I know, but I just like the MG version better. Of course I also like Joan Jett's cover of "Have You Ever Seen the Rain" better than CCR....

Or this classic...

Or even this one.... which is a fvcking masterpiece btw...

Someone said Dean Martin- Silver Bells... I can do a SPOT ON Dean Martin impersonation of Let it Snow.
