This BLM crap has ruined what season that we woulda had, kids with older people telling them what to do, if the song was so bad back in 1985 then why didn't they peruse it to this extent, One little secret to Seattle, the Prez can call out the 101st or the Marines reserves in time of Domestic Terrorism..Just think how these young kids got a education and now want to have American kids killing each other like the Civil War. Before this country falls back to that, BLM will be a short term group...what I see is these duys just making Trump play his hands and pissing him off and he's gonna have one of his fits and then there it goes..You watch and see Trump take back Seattle from them guys and its not gonna be nice..in the end someone will put this BLM back to where it came from..that's the oath of office to protect against all Foreign and Domestic Terrorism...maybe we will get lucky and Herman will have his last yr letting this stuff run him..instead of him running it.. This is no more than a Domestic Terro shakedown..

You are right about calling our Military on Domestic "Terrorism", Our past History tells all you need to know. Lets start with the killing of college students during a war protect on Kent State university, The US Military was sent in to break up a group of WW1 veterans who were asking for the bonus the Army promised them,1932 Washington DC Killing and beating them under the leadership of General Douglas MacArthur. I do not see any of these past instances as well as what's going on in Seattle as Domestic "Terrorism", But I guess it's in the eye of the beholder.

I’m just wondering do all these people not have jobs? I mean seriously between raising kids and a full time job I barely have enough time to watch an hour of TV before bed. People have gone crazy and it’s a damn shame. Police brutality is a bad thing but why shame the 99% of law enforcement officials who are there to actually serve and protect. I’m sick and tired of this bullshit and they need to do something soon to restore order.

Maybe it's time to put the "student" back in student-athlete. Make everyone qualify to attend UT in the same way. No special dispensations or partial qualifiers for athletes (or anybody else). One way or another, Eagles et al are going to destroy the opportunity for many others to receive a first-class education. One has to believe that CDC is fielding many angry phone calls from the BMD this morning. Too bad.

I say just let em go. As Hank Williams Jr said....if you don't love it can't you just let it pass? This country was founded on protests. Thomas Jefferson said that the tree of Liberty had to be watered from time to time with the blood of patriots.

Back in the day I was front and center on the war protests. This was even though I was in ROTC and served in the US Army, of which I am proud.

Ya'll might not realize that in the late sixties there was a BIG student movement to replace the Longhorn as the school mascot with.....the Armadillo!

You need to check out some 6 man football or Class A ones. Cheap or even free tickets(if you're a senior citizen), good concessions (menudo, gumbo, bbq, etc). Bring your lawn chair or sit in the back of your truck. And great social distancing if that's your thing.
