Gutters - with screens or without?

Hi Folks - about to pull the trigger on Gutter installation - wanted to find out if you recommend Screens on Gutters or not?

Do leaves block off screens in Austin - with most leaves around my house coming from the Live Oak trees you find around in Austin.
