We have a 15 year old West Highland Terrier who's body seems to be shutting down and for the past 2 months has been throwing up a lot and diarrhea. Throw in he's become deaf and almost completely blind and after multiple trips to the vet and having another bought of the sickness, we are having to make the tough decision to put him down. You know this day is coming but having to pick up the phone and call the vet this morning to schedule time to take him in truly gets to you. Trying to get him in tomorrow so we can give him a bath tonight and a special meal and spend some last quality time with him this evening.
