The last 5 games have been decided by 7 points or less OK is ahead 3/2. And all 5 games were a case of coulda, woulda, shoulda, for the losing team. The last two years the winning team lost a 20 point lead in the 4th quarter. But then they came right back and won the game.
Post game hand shakes between opposing players is overrated especially in this rivalry. For the losing team it's a long slow and sad walk back up the tunnel. You don't want to watch the other team putting on that bronze hat cause you know it should have been you. I saw one of those OK players blinking back tears this game will do that to you. Our players have done the same.
And yes I know it's early. But Herman vs Riley may be the best coaching matchup in this rivalry since Royal/Akers vs Switzer
