The more this game of chicken goes on the more I want Kavanaugh. It is beyond getting a solid judge and now its personal. You notice when Flake reached across the isle to compromise with Democrats that the Democrats gave nothing. Common sense would dictate that Flake agreed to vote out of committee but wouldn't vote yes on the floor without an FBI look and Coons should also vote out of committee. It's already 11 to 10 and happening why not show good faith to his friend and the process.
The Dems don't want Kavanaugh from the start and now hate him more than Trump. They may even rally to impeach him BEFORE Trump. This is my Democrat compromise to influence the 3 hold out Republicans and for that matter the rest of the group. Trump has a list of over 20 judges....a big beautiful list. The Federalist Society said ANY of them would be quality picks. The red state Democrats should come out and say if you pull Kavanaugh here are the 5 judges from the list we can tolerate and accept and vote for if you pull Kav. We will fast track the process. Chuck says I won't obstruct the progress to back the red state Dems. It seems real easy considering Trump just wants the fame of naming the judge and isn't married to any. It's time for me to leave fantasy land now but curious your thought.
