There have been a lot of posts tonight about Georgia making a run at Texas QB commitment Hudson Card and even speculation that Card might visit UGA this weekend before the dead period kicks in on Sunday night.
I checked in with sources tonight and I'm told that Georgia did reach out, but Hudson is completely locked in with his Texas commitment and will sign with UT on Wednesday.
This isn't out of the norm that these types of rumors pop up late in the process and I hate bugging people on a Saturday night to get clarification, but there's been enough discussion out there that I wanted to get clarification. From what I'm told from people I trust, there's nothing to these rumors.
