I guess everyone here realized COVID is real

In Austin and San Antonio, the last 6 days have seen a drop in new cases and in deaths. Also, as of this year, our Country is now below the average deaths per month in a normal year. The CDC should have taken off the Pandemic listing for the virus already according to their Stats but they still have not done so. On Nov 5th, they will remove the Pandemic listing.

So I have a poker group that hasn’t played since pandemic started. Someone has offered to host a game tonight. 8 ppl.

What say ye? Yea or nea to attend?
Just make sure to sanitize the chips and cards after each play.

YES, I am no doctor, but I would guess all the alcohol consumed would mitigate any risk of transmission.

In case anyone was curious--- Google how many people under the age of 20 that have died in Travis County due to Covid.

seriously....I wouldnt do it as all of em are likely old farts. If everyone wore a mask then , sure, go ahead....but the odds of that happening are about the same as me getting a date with Taylor Swift in the next 30 min.

There you are! Scared ya caught the Corno...
Not at all. In point of fact, I've had two blood tests thus far and both have come back as "inconclusive anomalies" insofar as the virus doesn't appear to have taken hold in my body because there are such small amounts of anti-virus present. My third blood draws were sent to Boston Heart and the CDC for further evaluation.
I've had zero symptoms this entire time and aside from a case of the runs that I'm sure o got from eating spice Thai food one night, I have had zero problems. Two separate doctors offices (one in SA and the other in Austin) have done my blood draws and evals at separate testing labs. Both came back with the same results-- they don't know what to make of it nor have they seen results like it yet.

Sooo--- on Thursday I did another blood draw of six vials. Three are being sent to some specialists in Boston and three to Atlanta to the CDC. When I get my results back I will post them here.

And by the way--- just so everyone knows--- there have been ZERO deaths of anyone 20 and under in Travis County due to Covid.

Zip
Zero
Nein
Nada
Nyet

But some slap nut doctor hired by the district predicted that if kids went back to school there would be "between 40 and 1700" deaths. Where did he get those numbers from?

Oh I know---- fvcktardsville.

How's your girlfriend?

I'm going to a wedding in South Texas in a few weeks. Yeah, I'm concerned about the corona, but more concerned about driving from the Dallas area down I35.
You ought to be concerned about both.

Wear a mask when in public, people. Better yet, wear two. At work (print shop), 3 people have caught it. About 45YO, 55, 60.

When a new sickness comes, I don't do statistics and say how unlikely it is (so far). I don't pretend it's a political issue (it shouldn't be). I protect my family and try to help my community.

I stayed home. Didn't go to the wedding. Also, I turned down an invite to a hold em tournament, recently. Saved my buy in $ and didnt gain weight (usually lose out and then graze the bbq and liquor way too early and long).
Hook em Horns!

This is true regarding HCQ: If given early (as when somebody test positive) it works. Cheap and Safe and very Effective. If you are overweight or have underlying health conditions or over 65, get a prescription for it. It works in spite of the ignorance about it.

It's not ignorance. It's orange man hatred. Must maximize body count and run tv add.

Thanks for the update. I'm sorry you missed the wedding--and for anyone trying to have family and friends at their wedding right now--but glad you stayed safe.

Everything is risk/reward. The Covid vaccines sure will be. I'm not sure if I'll want to be first in line for any new vaccine, but I'll definitely take one of them.

Stay safe, everyone. Help others be safe.

Fauci is a freaking fraud POS. Dude doesn’t even believe his own drivel

John Ziegler
@Zigmanfreud

Nothing screams “I’m a fraud!” more than being against masks until your fans demanded them, lying about why you were originally against them, signaling your virtue by needlessly wearing 1 while throwing out 1st pitch (poorly & like a fame whore) & then doing THIS! #FauciTheFraud

This video is truth. Covid would drastically improve in the contagion, severity of symptoms/suffering, hospitalization rate and death rate if they would simply unleash HCQ and Zinc upon initial positive test regardless of severity of symptoms. Azithromycin only in certain situations.

Hahahahaha!

Dallas County update - Saturday’s record number of reported cases was overstated due to a “technical glitch”. Numbers back down Sunday to 800. And yet the headlines in not the one death on Sunday (with pre-existing condition), not the reduction in cases, not the "technical glitch", but "Dallas County records 605th death"!! They are running out of scare tactics.
