1. I thought Trump's candidacy was a joke from the beginning.
2. I thought he would never gain significant traction.
3. I thought surely after he said the outrageous stuff about McCain that he was done.
4. I thought he was done after he started getting into the primary debates (which I thought he did poorly in).
5. I thought once the primary field was narrowed, he would lose his lead.
6. I thought after his nomination that he Hillary beat him fairly easily.
7. I thought after the Billy Bush recording came out that he was done.
8. I thought after a bunch of women came forward saying he had sexually assaulted him that he was done.
9. I thought he didn't do near enough in the last debate to close the gap.
10. I thought yesterday that he had almost no chance given the number of "toss-ups" he had to get and that he would still have to swing one "lean" for Hillary.
I hope I'm also wrong about what kind of President I think he will be. I hope that he proves to be a hard worker that can negotiate compromises between the parties so that stuff actually gets done.
