I still support the original idea. But that term has now been totally co-opted by a movement of anarchist hooligans who are completely void of any meaningful objective that I agree with and who are intent on the destruction of any trace of this country's history and tradition.
Just like I would not support a white supremacist movement operating under the name "Save the Children" or "Feed the Poor" or any other co-opted name meant to mislead the public as to their real objectives. People who do not support their current activities should disassociate themselves.
I will now assume anyone sporting a BLM sign or using that mantra is a willing part of that movement and I will view them accordingly. I'm sorry if that misrepresents any legitimate "BLM" supporter. But the real BLM stood by and let it happen. Some unwittingly cheered it on. So blame the anarchists for killing a legitimate and worthwhile movement, not me.
