Last Christmas we decided, as a family gift, to do an in-home weight room. I canceled my membership at the gym and started using it. It was great for a couple of months and then I started to find it harder and harder to make myself go workout. Then COVID happened and it got even harder. I rejoined my gym a couple of weeks ago and after being back at the gym for a couple of weeks, I understand why it was so hard to motivate myself. I love being around other people and watching other people work hard really motivates me. After months of living in isolation, it became more and more difficult to push myself and enjoy working out. We were made for communion. I am scared to see what the long-term effects of all of this isolation we are being forced to live in is going to be. If you look at all of these little antifa freaks destroying our major cities a lot of them are the result of being isolated in their rooms playing shoot em up video games.
