Yeah right.
In this study on Downs, 2/3 to 90 of the women are thinking about their body? Or are these women thinking about getting the "wrong" model and wanting to return it to the manufacturer.
It's about time this country starts to have a conversation about the interest of the woman, the unborn and the state. I don't support abortion. I think finding a way to adopt the babies out that could benefit all should be attempted. I see how people after rape or incest before you get deep into the 1st trimester might be an area of compromise. However "I didn't want it" is a poor and weak argument and I didn't think it was going to be the "perfect" baby is just evil.
Hopefully the new Court will be able to not just throw out Roe vs Wade but rather take a closer look and fix what needs to be fixed. Abortion is an extreme and difficult practice and should't have the answer "it is my body" as the final answer. There are other interests and we need to do a better job of weighing them.
