Police in Nashville first declared they would not release her manifesto because of the ongoing investigation. After lawsuits were filed for its release, the police then said they had to withhold it due to the pending litigation. A judge involved in the case has finally ruled that the manifesto must be made available to him for private review. So on it goes.
