I did a text interview with Mansfield Legacy DB Jalen Catalon to get his thoughts on this weekend's visit.
I'll hold the actual quotes and probably run them in my column on Tuesday but Catalon did say it was a very good visit and he enjoyed hanging out with the players. He said his family "love the visit" as well, which is big.
Catalon said he's not signing until February. He's going to decide on January 19. I asked where things stood coming out of this weekend since most felt like Texas had ground to make up and Catalon said "all schools are solid still." Basically, he's not ready to name a leader and all four finalists - Texas, Arkansas, TCU and Oklahoma - are still in the mix.
