I was sick to my stomach the day he de-commited from Texas. I never thought Ewers was solid to Texas. We lost a great QB in Milrie over the commitment of Ewers. We will continue to lose more commits from this class in the coming days and weeks. We have fallen so far down that it's going to a tough climb upwards.

I feel ya bro. I think it may be time to take a step back from Texas athletics. The school in general is a dumpster fire. The campus is about to be overrun by the homeless. West Campus has very few police to protect students from crime/homeless, etc.... I can't say anything good about UT Austin atm. Trying to adjust my thought process to exclude cfb on Saturdays.
Soccer in the AM...errands, work around house, or better yet a nap in the afternoon! It's perfect.
With so many Americans in top leagues, it is easy to find a game to give a crap about now.
I would like to see the national team playing. The USMNT could use a decent coach as well. The current dude is not good.
I'm holding out hope. But Berhalter's teams have always struggled to score goals.
But we have yet to see Berhalter coach a tournament, or even back to back friendlies with a full squad. I want to see Steffen, Brooks, Dest, Robinson, McKennie, Pulisic, Adams, Reyna, Sargent, etc. together under Berhalter before I completely write him off.
The entire USSF from organization on down makes UT football look like Alabama.
Good analogy. Although US soccer made some strides under Gulati, there was something unnerving about him. Not sure he was the guy to put the MNT over the hump in terms of youth development, coach selection, etc.

Football has fallen far down. We have to hope that it will change and that we will be back someday in the near future. Quinn Ewers de-commited. This does not look good at all for Texas. I thought we were in bad shape after we lost the Brockmeyer twins along with Jalen Milroe. We are in worst shape than I want to admit and about to go belly up times 3. I'm no expert in coaching or recruiting but you have to look at this from the eyes of a parents recruit and wonder what kind of shit show is going on behind the scenes that you have lost 4 major recruits. We have to wait until December 1st and see what the administration does at that point. I feel waiting that long we will lose out on alot of opportunity with high level recruits. We will be in turmoil from here until December 1st so hold on and be ready for another bumpy ride times 3.
to make it worse, word on the street is that TH made some bad remarks about Ewers to run him off. If this is even close to the truth it shows TH is trying to burn it down on his way out. I suspect the report is bullshit or he would never get a job again.
