And no, I'm not referring to Trump's comments yesterday and today for that sicko who ran over people on the bike path in NYC earlier this week. I'm actually referring to the Bergdahl case where the judge ruled that the below Trump comments would be mitigating factors when sentencing Bergdahl.

I'm no fan of Bergdahl of any means and want him to get the stiffest penalty possible. But when Trump steps in like this and makes unpresidential comments about people who haven't faced a trial yet, he is hurting the government's case to give those people the stiffest sentence possible.
And I too want this sicko executed but if we want this guy to get justice he deserves the President of the United States simply should not be making comments like this publicly.
