Is it possible to pay for LHN and or ESPN online as a stand alone service? To add it to my current TV package would add 70.00 a month to my plan. Thanks for any help.

Up here in ohio I have dish and I do not have the LHN. But I can just stream it from the watch espn app. Have you tried that?

Found a Q&A page that states only available through one of their authorized providers. So not available as stand alone.

Thanks for the replies, I’ll give that a shot Ohio.

There is the VPN + torrents route which is free but illegal. I went the spectrum route for $20 a month in addition to my internet service. I get all the sports channels minus the conference networks but I do get LHN. I cancel after Playoffs.

Also as mentioned above, you may have access to LHN if you have cable service through ESPN 3 or watch ESPN.

I'm currently having trouble with LHN. I'm a leech and use my parents DISH network login to watch sports on Apple TV and FireStick. I am able to watch all of the other "premium" ESPN channels on both devices, but can't watch LHN. I can stream it through the DISHAnywhere app but it buffers (a glitch in the app not associated with my internet speeds) so much that it is painful to watch.
Any of you had that problem?

Turns out it is a problem with ESPN that they are aware of and have their engineers on it, "they are optimistic that the fix will be completed by Saturday"

reddit college football live streams every game. Even LHN, the link is usually up an hour before kickoff. and its free

It's not legal to watch them, hence the vpn.

Its not legal to fish without a license but, Hence people do..LOL, I remember the old days when ya had to order the game that was blacked out for 39.95 ahead of time to watch texas, well, they decided to make LN to get that money easier, hence we all waited for the LN and now its 20 xtra a month just to have that cable tier, hence we are getting F'd, I like a buncha other suckers paid 39 bucks just to watch Texas and Tulane in NO play when we had them on our schedule

I just saw this on the Astro site I follow. Maybe it will work:

From a YouTube video, I found a website that offers free live sports on tv from anywhere in the country. You can catch any live sporting event (MLB, NCAA, NFL, NBA) on a streaming site but there are two tricks involved.

First, the web browser URL is www.sports24.club (yes, club, not com). From the home page, choose the sport you want then scroll the menu for the game you want (in some cases, you will have a choice of home team broadcast and away team broadcast). Scroll down and you'll see an ad that says "Watch Now" and "Download". DO NOT click either one! That's trick #2. Wait 30 seconds and the ad will be replaced with a "play" arrow. Click the arrow and your game will tune in. At least with MLB and possibly others, you can click a "full screen" icon in the bottom corner to see it on a bigger screen. It works even with my ad blocker but I was not able to cast it from my phone to a smart tv.

It will also access MLB Network, NFL Network, ESPN and Fox Sports channels.

Given this is the start of football season and the more meaningful part of baseball season, now is a good time to try it out as long as it lasts before somebody shuts it down.

Bwaaaaaahahahahahaha. So if we ever go drinking together, I should expect you to conveniently be in the bathroom when the tab comes?

Nope. I'm more of a get there first, open a tab, and put a couple of twenties in the tip jar while making it clear to the staff the tab is mine no matter what anyone else says kind of person. I will however let you pick up the tip if you're really insistent.

Someone was bitching about LHN cost.

Wanna grab lunch sometime, or better yet - a nice steak dinner?
