While a loss is a loss and I hate to lose…
The comments before this year were centered around the SEC being too much for UT.
However, we only lost to one SEC team and they are the rightful champs. We were ahead in OT and they earned the win.
However, we proved that we are no joke. I don’t believe in moral victories (I mean come on, we’re not Aggys)… so this is me merely saying that the future looks bright. We have proven we can hang in this league.
After Arkansas in Sark’s first year, we weren’t ready. We are now. We are a missed field goal away from conference champs.
We aren’t good enough to be champs because we lost. Yet we are good enough to only lose to the champs.
Can’t wait for the Manning era to begin and see what a five star DT looks like too.
