I will likely be switching to Google Fiber in the near future.
Unfortunately, Fiber TV is not an option anymore for new customers.

I could continue my Spectrum cable service or switch to using streaming TV.

My requirements:
- no interest in premium channels like HBO/MAX/etc.
- primarily would like to get the sports channels including LHN
- would also like the over-the-air channels to keep it simple for my wife to have to switch too many settings

BTW - I am in the Austin area, in case that makes a difference to your suggestion.

Thanks for your suggestions.

Get you a Fire Stick, I have one and get all channels for 11:00 a month including what you need, local and LHN...and run it off of WIFI....I got Sprectrum for WiFi for 20 a month...I got my FS for 17:.00 bucks at Best Buy, no more 70 bucks to Spectrum anymore...

Thank you. I assume Spectrum is your internet service provider. Which streaming service do you use?

Been using HULU for months and thoroughly enjoy it. Just get a Roku stick unless you already have a Smart TV.

Have a smart tv.
Looks like the only service that has LHN is Sling. But that does not have some over the air channels.
Looks like lhn is getting screwed by espn/ streaming services

ah, are you able to get LHN as a stand alone? As a Sooner, I have never checked lol.
