FYI, I do believe strongly that this is a situation worth monitoring closely. I had heard late last week that Washington may have been having some desire to stay closer to home, but then Texas did an in-home visit with him and I thought that changed things.
From what I've heard, Missouri was a bit torn on if they'd have room to take him, but I'm hearing today that they would. Again, this is a situation to watch very closely.
