My 27 Year old Son is Considering Getting an Arm Surgery - Anyone Have This Done?

He has had arm pain and some numbness going down to his hand. Went to the Ortho specialist and was told the following:

Cubical Tunnel Syndrome is the condition.

Ulnar Nerve Release is the procedure.

Anyone ever have this done. Never heard of it and seems like it’s minimally invasive but wanted to hear if anyone had good results from it. Thanks.
