I'm a gamer and tech enthusiast so all Ive seen over on reddit is end of the world type posts about ISPs blocking sites and charging extra money to visit certain sites. Why do people think this will happen? Have ISPs actually hinted at doing this and I haven't seen it?

Second, shouldn't ISPs be able to charge Google Netflix and Facebook higher fees since they use most of the bandwidth?

What am I missing here?
