Obviously TX won big and the OL had many positive moments. Redzone 7-7 with 7 TDs suggests pretty good OL play. I did not notice big Cam with a snafu but I could have missed it. Tip of the cap if true. Looking forward to the Deep Dig.
But TX OL played a disappointing part in maybe 5 TFLs, 1 sack, 1 PD, 1 INT, 2 pre‐snap penalties and 1 bad snap. At times, CSU had 6-1 300 DT Mitchell from D'ville in our backfield being disruptive. At times, CSU had 6-5 245 DE Kirschke in our backfield being disruptive. We will see more players as good or better than these two.
Do you believe the disruptive plays were due mostly to our mental lapses or some combo of our physical inability and the talent of some CSU players?
Did TX OL improve its push as it should with an off-season of development?
Did some of the TX OL players struggle in game 1 more than you expected?
Do we correct the mental mistakes and avoid them in game 2?
How will TX OL do vs Michigan DL and the Wink Martindale pressure packages?
