...and Aggie is offering a shoulder to cry on. Aggie if I were you I'd do all I can to let Jumbo know that he better not rest on his laurels because I can assure you Riley and Sark are looking at team rosters of our fellow SEC conference brothers and making a list of the players we plan to exploit thru the transfer portal. The SEC as a whole should prepare their collective anuses for what's coming.https://texags.com/forums/5/topics/3214104

With Memphis and Houston on the schedule instead of UT and OU maybe the Cowboys will win a few more games. And get in the CFP when it expands to 32 teams.

Was an OSU fan in the long ago. Grandfather took me to my first college football game in Stillwater in 1954. OSU (then A&M ) beat the hell out of KU. Yeah, Jawhawks have never been good. Took Bud W. 7 years to convert me. But also root for them unless OU playing them. Lots of friends went there. Good school. Great wrestlers. But so-so on the gridiron.

Except for once. In '65 was cheering the Cowboys (in Norman) to win for the first time in 20 years. And it happened. Thought it would be the nail in the coffin for Gomer Jones. And it worked. Switzer and the Razorback boys came in and things started looking up. Especially in Oct. '66 when B. Warmack and the boys finally beat UT.
