Kind of odd to me that there isn't much (if any) Corral discussion on the Paxton Impeachment. This is a pretty massive political development in our state. And there are undertones of some serious divisions within the state Republican party forming.
Seems like most of the Corral Republican posters must be MAGA types who want to focus on culture war stuff and Hunter Biden rather than this stuff (and likely support Paxton so don't want to talk about it). But it has been a pretty fascinating process. And I, personally, don't think there many more deserving of being booted out of office than this corrupt asshat.
I think he's convicted on several of the counts and is removed. But that's just a guess and I really don't know what to expect.
