For the record I have never been a fan of Trump and at this time, would not vote for him in the general election.
Trump is a mystery to me, what is he up to? Is there a method to the madness? He hasn't really said what he would do as President other than a few sound bite comments on hot button issues. Some thoughts occured to me yesterday.
Could it be that he doesn't really mean what he says. Is he telling folks what they want to hear to draw maximum attention? Is he really Neither a conservative or liberal, but is really a pragmatist bussiness man.
It may be that he is playing a role now, to get elected and then intends to govern as a non political intent on finding practical solutions to problems facing America. You don't run a bussiness as a republican or democrat.
Of couse, it's alarming that he would be saying things just to get elected and would then govern in a different way. But has our election system degraded to the point, that basically that is what we demand.
