and then go get a new TE coach, O line coach and RB coach. Traylor can call plays. Why do people thing we need someone else. He is an awesome recruiter, he is being coveted by other teams for their O Coord job, and runs a power spread which is exactly what this team needs.
The only question is can he develop QB's as many think CUmbie can. I have no idea but if Chad Morris, Malzhan, etc can go from high school to massive OCoords then Traylor can as well. THoughts?
