Why did Texas wait so long to make this move for an assistant coach? It seems more normal that if we had been eying Sark for this role we would have made this move sooner (he could still coach NCG) to give more time to build staff, reach out to 2021 recruits etc.
Also, has there been a big vetting process behind the scenes that no one was aware of?
Sark may be great at end of day, but this is really a big gamble based on his issues at USC, his record, time with Falcons etc.
It would seem there would have been significant discussions with many at UT on these issues directly with Sark to make sure we are good. What would be his plans for program, facilities, overall offense/Defense strategy.
just curious as this has been a very strange process for such a huge move. This will be CDCs legacy.
I really hope there was significant DD in all these areas. We cannot afford to take a step back
