There is a post on the other board in which Michael Moore (yes, really) gives a really nice description of why many people are voting for Trump. I'm not kidding, the video posted was via Twitter from a Trump super-fan. The basic thesis was that there is a whole group of people for whom the system has let them down, and a vote for Trump is a way to tell the establishment that it's not working for them.
I'm curious how this board breaks down, though, because I can come up with a variety of reasons one might vote Trump. Let me know if I'm missing any, hopefully I can add.
