June will be here in a couple of days. The conferences will be meeting in June to when they will allow players to return to school. It looks like they will be back by 6/15 although OK had announced they won't start until 7/1. And yes the Pac XII will be playing to.

And speaking of the Pac XII. The one Pac XII team that has a chance at the playoffs is OR. OR has come of their greatest decade of success and with Phil Knight's money their facilities are as good as anyone else's. But their stadium only holds 55,000 and because of that the bluebloods don't play there. But this year OR is hosting tOSU on 9/12. You think the Pac XII is going to cancel that game? No. It will be the biggest game in OR history. You think the Pac XII is going to say no to someone like Phil Knight? And yes SC will travel to Dallas to play AL.

And did anyone think the LSU game was going to. be canceled? I didn't. And people will go to the games.

I do feel for bb fans that their season was ruined. Same goes for fans of the triple crown. Those races have been going on for more than 100 years this is the first time it's ever happened. Same goes for the Boston Marathon 124 years old this has never happened before. Sadly it's probably to late save baseball. Although I don't follow it they have loyal, passionate fans it's the second most popular sport in America and my heart goes out to baseball fans.

But that means come September fb will have all the televisions to themselves and they could end up with ratings that will go thru the roof.

Are you certain about a Pac 12 season? They've said no students on campus, no football. Cal State system has already announced no in person classes for the fall. Will UC system follow? And if so, no UCLA/Cal?

Believe me everybody will be playing on Labor Day weekend.

So basically Riley is giving the rest of the Conference a 15 day running start? Dang he’s confident.

in all seriousness this covid mess is going to buy a few head coaches at least another year or 2 because they be able to link poor performance, lack of conditioning etc to the shutdown when in reality it’s probably just putting off the inevitable.

I'm sure the players are doing everything possible to get ready for the season. And in reference to above comment recruiting has been fascinating in that it's going to explode. There will be non-stop committs and decommitts at a pace we've never seen before. And I will look forward to watching it.

About 90 days to go.

So you’re saying we can look forward to Shaka Smart in 2021/2022?

One thing that could happen this year is that a surprise team could emerge and make the playoffs. We might see some better teams step back because a shortened season messed with their chemistry. That could create an opening for another team to come in under the radar. Most important is that if the surprise team has a qb who can run as well as pass they can be dangerous. Teams to keep in mind

MN listen PJ Fleck is the real deal
Auburn they are the SEC's giant killers they might take a big step in 2020.
SC and Kedon Slovis matchup with what I posted above.
TX and Sam Ehlinger are exactly like SC.

Auburn has Malzahn. Malzahn will find a way to underachieve like always.
Never underestimate the power of an albino Afro. Rattler says hello

Interesting times, lots of things could happen to allow new contenders to emerge...

Suppose a booster were to send a bevy of covid laced hookers to a place that the hated rivals star players frequented...

Unless the players were
Malzahn with Chad Morris as OC could be deadly in the $EC. Watch out for Auburn this year.
you may be right I just assumed Malzahn would find a way to put his ‘touch’ on the offense

Decommit season will be wild this year. Something like twice as many players committed at this point than in years past. 600 vs 300 or so for a typical cycle.
