It looks like Trump is trying to take another stab at getting the Supreme Court to strike down ObamaCare. Enrollment is going up since there are a lot of people unemployed. This concerns me as my mother uses Obamacare and is protected by pre-existing conditions.
Can someone explain why he would do this now given the state of the medical industry? He does not have a replacement ready but why would he push the Supreme Court to strike it down now?
