Well, after giving theater clappers a hard time a few weeks ago, it hit home on Friday. My girlfriend and I saw "I Am Not Your Negro" - powerful film, by the way - and she was one of many people applauding after the film. I instantly thought of those on this board I ridiculed a few weeks ago.
I still am not a fan of clapping after a film, but "guess" I can understand why some of you do it.
Two lessons that were reinforced today:
1) Karma doesn't mind waiting for the right moment to smack you upside your head
