Texas football coach Tom Herman and junior linebacker Malik Jefferson met on Thursday to get on the same page.
From what I was told, Jefferson aired some of his concerns to Herman, who was receptive to the conversation. In fact, Herman initiated the meeting.
When the conservation was over, Jefferson and Herman reached an understanding. Prior to that meeting, there had been attempts to schedule an on-campus meeting between the Jefferson's and Herman to address a few concerns.
However, after Malik's meeting with Herman on Thursday, some of the previous concerns were addressed, and those issues are under the bridge going forward.
