I have a friend visiting Austin the first week of July from Munich, Germany, who was hoping to go on a tour of the Texas football stadium. Does anybody know if they offer tours and if so the best way to go about booking that? Thanks!

Call Belmont. Tell them you're situation. They ain't letting you in the locker room but they might let you in the stadium.

OR---- hang out by the player entrance on the side and follow the players in. Act like you belong. Don't gawk at anything. Wear a lanyard with something laminated on it-- but keep it turned backwards. If someone asks you anything just say "we're a sales rep for the supplier" and keep walking.

Probably a little more risky but a way better story if you pull it off.

In 1968, the stadium was open 247. Just like the capitol building. How things have changed.
